NHL: Tampa Bay 4, Toronto 2

TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Vincent Lecavalier ended a shutout streak by Maple Leafs goalie Ben Scrivens in the first period Tuesday and Tampa Bay went on to best Toronto 4-2.

Lecavalier's tally off a Toronto turnover 9:25 into the game ended a streak of more than 154 scoreless minutes by Scrivens, who was coming off back-to-back shutouts for the Maple Leafs.

The netminder didn't make it through the game Tuesday -- Scrivens was pulled in the third period after allowing additional tallies to Steven Stamkos, Alex Killorn and Matt Carle.

Benoit Pouliot had three assists for the Lightning, who posted a second straight win following a six-game skid.

Anders Lindback earned the victory with 23 saves.

Scrivens finished with nine saves on 13 shots while Jussi Rynnas made six saves in his first appearance of the season for the Leafs.

Mikhail Grabovski and James van Riemsdyk scored for Toronto.
