NBA: Charlotte 94, Boston 91

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Byron Mullens dominated at both ends of the court with 25 points and 18 rebounds Monday, lifting Charlotte over Boston 94-91 for its first win in eight games.

Mullins connected on 4-of-5 attempts from 3-point range while Ramon Sessions -- who finished with 19 points -- drained a jump shot late in the contest, putting the Bobcats ahead to stay.

Kemba Walker (18 points) and Gerald Henderson (16) also helped out with big nights as Charlotte rallied from a four-point deficit in the closing minutes.

Kevin Garnett supplied 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Celtics, whose seven-game winning streak was snapped.

Paul Pierce chipped in with 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for Boston.
