NBA: San Antonio 111, Brooklyn 86

NEW YORK, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Tony Parker scored seven of his 29 points during a big third quarter Sunday that carried the San Antonio Spurs over Brooklyn 111-86.

The Spurs were trailing 57-51 at halftime but outscored the Nets 30-14 in the third quarter to grab control as Parker capped a 15-4 run with a 19-foot jumper.

The all-star point guard also dished off 11 assists while Danny Green provided four 3-pointers en route to 14 points for San Antonio, which got back on the winning track after a Friday loss to Detroit.

Tiago Splitter (13 points, nine rebounds), Matt Bonner (11 points) and Boris Diaw (10) also reached double figures in the win.

Joe Johnson scored 19 points and Brook Lopez provided 18 and nine boards for the Nets, who lost for the third time in four games.
