NHL: Vancouver 3, Edmonton 2 (OT)

EDMONTON, Alberta, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- Christopher Tanev scored with 19 seconds left in overtime Monday, lifting Vancouver over Edmonton 3-2 in a battle of Northwest Division rivals.

On the winning play, Daniel Sedin got control of the puck in the Oilers zone and passed it to his twin brother Henrik, who found Tanev alone in the high slot.

Jannik Hansen notched a goal and an assist and Kevin Bieksa also scored for Vancouver, which racked up its third straight win.

Ryan Smyth and Ales Hemsky found the net and Dubnyk finished with 33 saves for Edmonton.
