NBA: Sacramento 96, Washington 94

WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Isaiah Thomas drained a 9-foot running shot with 1 second to go Monday, giving the Sacramento Kings a 96-94 victory over Washington.

The winning shot game after Martell Webster's jumper off a John Wall assist had drawn the Wizards into a 94-94 tie with 7 seconds remaining.

Thomas finished with 22 points and seven assists. Francisco Garcia came off the bench to drain four 3-pointers en route to 17 points for the Kings.

Wall ended with 19 points and 11 assists and Emeka Okafor struck for 23 points and 15 rebounds for the Wizards, whose five-game home winning streak was snapped.
