NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 96, Portland 83

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin notched 23 points and nine assists Sunday and the Los Angeles Clippers broke a four-game losing streak with a 96-83 win over Portland.

Caron Butler provided 12 points and Eric Bledsoe contributed 10 points, five assists and five rebounds for the Clippers, who bested the Trail Blazers in the second of back-to-back games after falling at Portland Saturday.

Lamar Odom chipped in with eight points, 13 rebounds and six assists as Los Angeles prepared to embark on an eight-game road trip -- played its fourth straight contest without injured guard Chris Paul (bruised kneecap).

LaMarcus Aldridge led the Blazers with 21 points and 11 boards. Damian Lillard scored 16 points and J.J. Hickson added 15.
