NBA: Atlanta 104, Charlotte 92

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Josh Smith poured in 30 points to go with 13 rebounds and eight assists Wednesday, carrying Atlanta to a 104-92 decision over Charlotte.

The Hawks played the Bobcats for the fourth and final time this season and Atlanta won them all.

Smith made 15-of-24 from the field to help make up for the absence of Al Horford, Devin Harris and Zaza Pachulia, all of whom are out of action with injuries.

Kyle Korver hit 5-of-6 from beyond the arc and scored 21 points for the Hawks while Ivan Johnson had 12 points and 15 rebounds.

Charlotte has lost three in a row and has dropped 16 consecutive games at home. Ramon Sessions came off the bench to score 27 for the Bobcats.

The Charlotte starters produced only 31 points.
