DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 14 (UPI) -- Agnieszka Radwanska kept her 2013 record perfect and Elena Vesnina won her first WTA title just ahead of the year's first major tennis tournament.

While the Radwanska win didn't change the rakings -- she remains No. 4 -- Vesnina jumps to 21 spots to No. 47 by winning the Moorilla Hobart International in Australia with a final-match win Saturday. She had been 0-6 in WTA finals appearances.

Radwanska won the Apia International Sydney final Friday, six days after she took the season-opening tournament in Auckland.

The tennis world turns to the first Grand Slam event of the season this week with the Australian Open, which began Monday.

Azarenka has 10,325 rankings points and Sharapova has 10,045. Serena Williams, who also has a tournament win this year, is No. 3, piling up 9,750 points. Radwanska has 7,750.
