GLENDALE, Ariz., Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Beanie Wells rushed for a trio of touchdowns and the Arizona Cardinals returned two interceptions for scores Sunday in their 38-10 win over Detroit.

Arizona needed the defensive output as Ryan Lindley was held to just 104 passing yards on 14-for-21 efficiency.

The Cardinals managed to snap their long skid one loss short of tying the franchise record of 10 straight setbacks set in 1943.

Matthew Stafford competed 24-of-50 passes for 246 yards, but was intercepted three times overall for the stumbling Lions (4-10), who fell for the sixth straight time.
