Minnesota broke things open in the fourth period after taking a nine-point lead into the quarter.

Luke Ridnour added 12 points for the Timberwolves, who went to the free throw line 35 times compared with just nine attempts for the Cavaliers.

Alonzo Gee had 16 points for Cleveland, which lost its fourth in a row and has dropped its last nine on the road.
