NBA: New Orleans 105, LA Clippers 98

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Greivis Vasquez and Ryan Anderson each hit five 3-pointers Monday and New Orleans broke a seven-game skid with a 105-98 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Vasquez finished with 25 points, 10 assists and six rebounds while Anderson racked up 17 points for the Hornets, who went 15-of-25 overall from 3-point range in notching their first win since Nov. 9.

Jason Smith also put in 17 points while Austin Rivers added 14 with six assists in the victory.

The Clippers were also deadly from beyond the arc as Caron Butler went 9-of-14 from long range en route to 33 points, but it wasn't enough as Los Angeles dropped a fourth straight following a six-game winning streak.

Chris Paul supplied 20 points, eight assists, four rebounds and four steals but Blake Griffin was held to only four points in the Clippers' setback.
