NEW LENOX, Ill., Nov. 9 (UPI) -- A lawyer for baseball Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk said he wants an Illinois court to cancel the suspension of his client's driver's license.

The Illinois secretary of state's office announced it would suspend the 64-year-old Fisk's license for 12 months starting Dec. 7 after he refused to submit to blood-alcohol testing when he was arrested on drunken driving charges Oct. 22, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Friday.
