NBA: Oklahoma City 108, Toronto 88

OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka teamed up for 36 points Tuesday and the Oklahoma City Thunder cruised to a 108-88 win over Toronto.

Westbrook put in 19 points and dished off eight assists. Ibaka supplied 17 points on 8-of-9 shooting as the Thunder improved to 2-2 on the season.

Oklahoma City also got 15 points apiece from Kevin Durant and Kevin Martin.

The Raptors were paced by rookie center Jonas Valanciunas, who struck for 18 points, and by Andrea Bargani's 16-point performance.

Toronto fell for the third time in four games.
