NBA: Orlando 115, Phoenix 94

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Glen Davis scored 13 of his 22 points during a third-quarter surge Sunday that carried the Orlando Magic to a 115-94 win over Phoenix.

Trailing 56-46 at halftime, Davis helped the Magic outscore the Suns 40-20 in the frame, handing them the momentum needed to start the season with a second straight win.

Davis also grabbed eight rebounds.

J.J. Redick popped in 24 points off the bench for Orlando, which connected on 9-of-11 attempts from 3-point range and shot 64 percent from the field in the second half. Aaron Affalo added 22 points for Orlando and rookie E'Twaun Moore contributed 15 points and six assists in his first career NBA start.

Luis Scola's 24 points and Michael Beasley's 22 led the Suns.
