ASHBURN, Va., Oct. 12 (UPI) -- Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III took part in Friday's practice but was officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Griffin was injured last Sunday in the third quarter of a 24-17 loss to Atlanta. He didn't return to the game after the injury and was subsequently diagnosed with a mild concussion.

He was a "full participant" in Redskins' workouts Friday and is waiting testing from independent doctors before being cleared for Washington's home game Sunday against Minnesota, the team announced.

"If he passes his tests and we don't see any symptoms, then it looks like he'll be ready to go," Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan said Friday.

Griffin has completed 96-of-139 passes for 1,161 yards and four touchdowns while being intercepted once this season. He's also rushed 42 times for 241 yards -- both second most for the team -- and has been sacked 11 times.
