OCEANVIEW, Calif., Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Former NFL star Junior Seau's California home was sold for just under $2 million, more than $1.2 million less than what the late athlete paid for it.
Seau, who shot himself in the beachfront home last May, bought the house at the peak of the nation's real estate boom in 2005. He paid $3.2 million for the 2,000-square-foot, three bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom residence. It was listed for $2.3 million last month.
