NEW YORK, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Arguing balls and strikes with an umpire earned Los Angeles Angels pitching coach Mike Butcher a one-game suspension, Major League Baseball announced Tuesday.
Butcher, who also was fined an undisclosed amount, was suspended for leaving the dugout and aggressively arguing with umpire Mike Estabrook Sunday during the top of the first inning of the Angels' game against the Seattle Mariners.

He will serve the suspension Tuesday when the Angels play Cleveland.
