Olympic Medal: Middleweight Boxing

LONDON, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Ryoto Murata of Japan won the Olympic gold medal Saturday in middleweight boxing.

Murata's win in the championship match came over Esquiva Falcao Florentino of Brazil, who received the silver medal.

The bronze medals, determined on Friday, went to Anthony Ogogo of Britain and Abbos Atoev of Uzbekistan.
