Anthony made 10 3-pointers and scored 37 points, but he was just one of a host of hot shooters.

The Americans made 30-of-37 shots from inside the 3-point line and 29-of-46 from outside. The United States scored 49 points in the first period, reached 100 points before the end of the third quarter and emphatically remained unbeaten in the Olympic tournament.

Russell Westbrook added 21 points for Team USA, Kobe Bryant scored 16, Kevin Love had 15 and Kevin Durant 14.

In other Group A games, France defeated Lithuania 82-74 and Argentina downed Tunisia 92-69. France and Argentine are both 2-1 in group play.

The most dramatic basketball finish of the Olympics came in Group B Thursday, with Vitaliy Fridzon hitting a 3-pointer with 6 seconds to play to give Russia a 75-74 win over Brazil.

Both teams came into the game unbeaten. Russia and Spain -- tied for the group lead at 3-0 -- will meet Saturday.
