CLEVELAND, July 7 (UPI) -- Ubaldo Jimenez struck out eight Rays over six innings Saturday and the Cleveland Indians handled Tampa Bay 7-3.
Jimenez (8-7) yielded two runs on five hits, issuing only one walk to break a personal two-game losing streak for the Indians, who grabbed a 2-1 lead in their four-game series against the Rays.

Lou Marson, Aaron Cunningham and Carlos Santana each delivered run-scoring doubles early in the game to help stake Cleveland to a 5-0 lead. Shelley Duncan added a two-run homer.
Tampa Bay's Matt Moore (5-6) was reached for five runs on five hits through 4 2/3 innings.
Luke Scott cracked a two-run homer and B.J. Upton added a solo shot for the Rays.
