MLB: Milwaukee 13, Miami 12 (10 innings)

MILWAUKEE, July 3 (UPI) -- Aramis Ramirez rallied the Milwaukee Brewers with a game-winning, two-run homer in the 10th inning Tuesday, salvaging a wild 13-12 victory over Miami.

The Brewers blew an 11-5 lead in the eighth inning, and then fell behind 12-11 in the top of the 10th when Jose Reyes cracked a tie-breaking solo shot off Livan Hernandez (2-1).

Milwaukee came back in the bottom of the frame when Carlos Gomez drew a leadoff walk from Marlins closer Heath Bell (2-4). After Norichika Aoki flied out, Gomez stole second as Ryan Braun went down swinging.

That brought up Ramirez, who pounded a pitch over the right-center field wall, giving Milwaukee its third straight win in its final at-bat.

The Milwaukee third basemen finished with four RBI while Braun smacked a three-run homer as the Brewers banged out 17 hits en route to their fourth consecutive victory overall.

Reyes (3-for-5), Logan Morrison, Justin Ruggiano, John Buck and Scott Cousins all went deep for Miami.
