ATLANTA, June 30 (UPI) -- Dan Uggla's run-scoring double in the third inning put the Braves ahead Saturday and Atlanta went on to register a 7-5 win over Washington.
Uggla then put the Braves ahead to stay by lining Strasburg's 1-0 pitch into the left-field corner.
Andrelton Simmons went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Atlanta, which evened its three-game series with the Nationals.
Mike Minor (4-6) got the win despite allowing four runs on five hits and five walks over five full innings and Craig Kimbrel earned his 23rd save in the victory.
Strasburg was saddled with his second straight loss following a six-start winning streak, yielding three runs on two hits over three innings.
