MLB: Cleveland 2, Houston 0

HOUSTON, June 22 (UPI) -- Ubaldo Jimenez and three relievers combined on a four-hitter Friday, lifting the Cleveland Indians to a 2-0 blanking of Houston.

Jimenez (7-5) gave up the four hits and struck out eight as part of Cleveland's fourth straight win.

Chris Perez finished off the shutout by striking out the side in the ninth on his way to his 23rd save, tops in the majors.

Asdrubal Cabrera drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the first and Cabrera scored in the ninth on a single by Michael Brantley.

Lucas Harrell (6-6) struck out a career-best nine in seven innings and allowed only two hits in taking the hard-luck loss.
