MLB: Kansas City 4, Milwaukee 3 (11 inn.)

KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 13 (UPI) -- Mike Moustakas drew a bases-loaded walk from Jose Veras with no one out in the 11th inning Wednesday, giving the Kansas City Royals a 4-3 win over Milwaukee.

Kameron Loe (2-2) came on to work the 11th and did not retire a batter, giving up a single to Billy Butler, a walk to Eric Hosmer and a single to Jeff Francoeur that loaded the bases.

Loe was replaced by Veras, who threw only one pitch in the strike zone before issuing the decisive walk to Moustakas.

Kansas City forced extra innings by scoring twice in the ninth, both runs coming in on a triple by Alcides Escobar.

The Royals' ninth-inning rally spoiled a seven-inning, one-run performance by Milwaukee starter Randy Wolf.

Tim Collins (3-0), the sixth Kansas City pitcher, grabbed the victory by working the top of the 11th.
