MLB: LA Angels 3, LA Dodgers 2

LOS ANGELES, June 11 (UPI) -- Albert Pujols drove in Mike Trout with the winning run, and Trout hit a solo home run Monday in the Los Angeles Angels 3-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Trout finished with two hits, two runs scored and two stolen bases for the Angels, who got two hits and a run scored from Erick Aybar.

Angels starter Garrett Richards went five innings, allowing two runs -- one earned -- on five hits with five walks and two strikeouts. LaTroy Hawkins, Hisanori Takahashi, Jason Isringhausen (2-0) and Ernesto Frieri held the Dodgers scoreless on one hit over the final four innings, with Isringhausen getting the win and Frieri earning his fifth save.

Dodgers starter Chris Capuano gave up two earned runs on eight hits with four walks and two strikeouts in five innings.

Trout drew a one-out walk from Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen (4-1) in the ninth inning, stole second and then scored on Pujols' game-winning single.
