STILLWATER, Okla., June 3 (UPI) -- Ex-Oklahoma State wide receiver and Jacksonville Jaguars draftee Justin Blackmon was arrested Sunday on a driving while intoxicated charge, records show.

The newspaper said Oklahoma law defines aggravated DUI as a charge in which the driver's blood-alcohol content is measured at .15 percent or higher.

Blackmon, a two-time unanimous All-American and No. 2 on Oklahoma State's all-time receiving yards list with 3,564 yards, was taken with the fifth overall pick by the Jaguars in the 2012 NFL Draft.

He was also arrested on a DUI charge in October 2010 in Carrollton, Texas, and was suspended for a game by Cowboys Coach Mike Gundy.

Blackmon is expected to land a deal worth $20 million overall from the Jaguars, the World reported.
