Raphael Jacquelin, who had a wind-blown 5-over 76 in the first round, had the round of the day Friday with a 6-under 65 and is at 1-under for the tournament.

Fisher opened on the 11th hole of the Celtic Manor Resort but had a bogey at the par-5, 562-yard hole. He used birdies at 15 and 18 to make the turn at 1-under and moved into contention with birdies at 2 and 3. He closed with consecutive birdies at 9 and 10.
