MIAMI, May 22 (UPI) -- Hanley Ramirez went 3-for-5 with a pair of RBI Tuesday and the Miami Marlins hung on down the stretch to record a 7-6 victory over Colorado.

The Rockies staged a rally in the eighth, pulling to within a run on Wilin Rosario's RBI single and a throwing error by Miami catcher John Buck. Ryan Webb entered the game and put out the fire, retiring Colorado's Eric Young and Marco Scutaro to end the threat.

Heath Bell wrapped up the victory with his seventh save as Miami improved to 16-5 in May.

Ricky Nolasco (5-2) got the win despite yielding four runs on eight hits over six innings. He walked one and struck out six as well as stroking a two-run double.

Michael Cuddyer went 3-for-3 with an RBI and Rosario finished with two runs batted in for the Rockies.
