MLB: Chicago Cubs 8, Milwaukee 2

MILWAUKEE, May 13 (UPI) -- Tony Campana went 3-for-5 with an RBI and Ian Stewart scored the go-ahead run on an error Sunday in the Chicago Cubs' 8-2 win over Milwaukee.

The score was tied 2-2 in the seventh when Stewart doubled with one out against Kameron Loe (2-1) and scored when Edwin Maysonet threw away Darwin Barney's grounder.

Chicago scored two more in the eighth and turned the contest into a rout with three runs in the ninth, including Campana's third hit of the day -- a single that scored Barney for a 7-2 lead.

Shawn Camp (1-1) earned the win despite allowing a score-tying run in relief of starter of Jeff Samardzija, who held the Brewers to one run over five innings while striking out six.

Taylor Green drove in both runs for Milwaukee, which took two of three games in the weekend series at Miller Park.
