NBA: Philadelphia 109, Chicago 92

CHICAGO, May 1 (UPI) -- Jrue Holiday had 26 points on 11-for-15 shooting Tuesday and the Philadelphia 76ers handled Chicago 109-92 to even their Eastern Conference playoff series 1-1.

Lou Williams added 20 points and six assists while Evan Turner had 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Sixers, who shot 59 percent from the field.

They put the game away in the third quarter thanks to 11 fast-break points, using the spurt to pull even in their conference quarterfinal series.

Chicago was flat in its first game without reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose, who is out for the playoffs with a torn knee ligament.

Joakim Noah scored 21 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished off five assists for the Bulls.
