MLB: Colorado 6, Los Angeles Dodgers 2

DENVER, May 1 (UPI) -- Troy Tulowitzki, Ramon Hernandez and Carlos Gonzalez each provided two RBI Monday, fueling Colorado's 6-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Tulowitzki's two-run double highlighted a three-run fourth inning that put Colorado up 3-1. Hernandez came up with a run-scoring two-bagger and a sacrifice fly.

Gonzalez's RBI groundout in the first inning erased a 1-0 deficit and his run-scoring single in the seventh capped the scoring for the Rockies, who took the first of a three-game series at Coors Field.

Juan Nicasio (2-0) earned the victory, allowing two runs on nine hits over six innings. He walked two and struck out four.

Aaron Harang (1-2) was the losing pitcher, surrendering five runs on six hits over 5 2/3 frames for the Dodgers.

Matt Kemp socked his MLB-best 12th homer as Los Angeles saw its three-game winning streak snapped.
