MLB: Oakland 2, Chicago White Sox 0

OAKLAND, Calif., April 25 (UPI) -- Kurt Suzuki's pinch-hit RBI double in the eighth and eight shutout innings by Tommy Milone Tuesday helped the Oakland A's beat the Chicago White Sox 2-0.

Suzuki came off the bench as the second pinch-hitter in the inning and drove in Daric Barton from first base to break a scoreless deadlock. Eric Sogard later singled to bring Suzuki in with the final run and give the Athletics five wins in their last eight games.
