CHICAGO, April 20 (UPI) -- Chicago Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood has been placed on the disabled list because of right shoulder fatigue, the team said Friday. Wood hasn't pitched since April 13, making the roster retroactive to April 14.
In 2 1/3 innings over four appearances this season, Wood, 34, is 0-1 with an 11.57 earned run average.
