WASHINGTON, April 18 (UPI) -- Maicon Santos drove a left-footed shot from outside the box past Donovan Ricketts in the 72nd minute Wednesday to bring D.C. United a 1-1 tie with Montreal.
The goal from Santos came 4 minutes after Bernardo Corradi had put Montreal in front on a header, but the Impact came up short in its bid for the second win in franchise history.
