NBA: Memphis 91, Minnesota 84

MINNEAPOLIS, April 17 (UPI) -- Rudy Gay pumped in 28 points Tuesday and the playoff-bound Memphis Grizzlies handed Minnesota its 11th straight loss, 91-84.

Zach Randolph supplied 16 points and 11 boards for Memphis, which holds the fifth seed in the Western Conference.

Mike Conley added 16 points and eight assists as the Grizzlies won for the sixth time in eight outings.

Minnesota dropped its 27th straight game in April, dating back to last season.

J.J. Barea led the Timberwolves with 28 points and eight assists while Nikola Pekovic had 16 points and 11 rebounds.
