NBA: Miami 98, Detroit 75

MIAMI, April 8 (UPI) -- LeBron James and Chris Bosh teamed up for 48 points Sunday and the Miami Heat rolled over Detroit 98-75 despite the absence of Dwyane Wade.

James pumped in 26 points, Bosh added 22 to go with nine rebounds and James Jones supplied 18 points for the Heat, who improved to 10-1 when playing without their all-star guard.

Wade sat out the contest while recovering from a sprained right ankle.

The Pistons were led by Brandon Knight with 16 points and five rebounds.
