MILWAUKEE, April 1 (UPI) -- O.J. Mayo came off the bench to pump in 24 points Saturday and the Memphis Grizzlies took their third win in four games with a 99-95 verdict over Milwaukee.

Three other Grizzlies turned in double-doubles. Rudy Gay put in 17 points to go with 10 rebounds, Marc Gasol contributed 13 and 15 and Marreese Speights provided 10 and 10 for Memphis, which crept to within a half-game of Dallas for the Western Conference's fifth seed.

Milwaukee, meanwhile, saw its playoff hopes take a hit with a third loss in five games. The Bucks fell 2 1/2 games behind New York for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East following the Knicks' win over Cleveland Saturday.

Ersan Ilyasova scored 20 points and hauled down 16 rebounds, and Brandon Jennings supplied 24 points for Milwaukee.
