Moor received a corner kick from Kosuke Kimura and launched a header to the top right corner that eluded goalkeeper Andy Gruenebaum.

Columbus finished fourth in the Eastern Conference last season and reached the playoffs despite giving up one more goal than it scored. Colorado earned a post-season berth even though it had a losing record (12-13-9).
