NEW YORK, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- New York's Jeremy Lin continued his hot streak with 28 points and a career-high 14 assists Sunday, boosting the Knicks to a 104-97 win over Dallas.
Lin, whose emergence has helped New York win eight times in nine contests, bounced back from a turnover-filled performance in the Knicks' loss to New Orleans Friday.
The phenom grabbed four rebounds and perpetrated five steals for the Knicks.
Newly acquired J.R. Smith contributed 15 points while Tyson Chandler finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.
The Mavericks, who came into the game with six straight wins, were led by Dirk Nowitzki's 34 points.
