Perry grabs 3-shot ACE Group lead

NAPLES, Fla., Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Kenny Perry easily surpassed a TwinEagles Golf Club record Saturday, firing a 10-under 62 to grab the lead after two rounds of the ACE Group Classic.

Perry's 32-hole total of 18-under 126 shattered the former course mark by four shots and gave him a three-stroke lead over second-place Larry Mize.

Mize turned in a round of 5-under 67, but still was looking up a Perry at minus-15.

Tom Lehman registered a 6-under 66 Saturday in Naples, Fla., grabbing sole possession of third place at 14-under 130.

Alone in fourth one shot further back was Bernhard Langer, who fired a 7-under 65.
