OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- James Harden, given increased playing time while Oklahoma City dominated the second half, scored 25 points Friday to lead the Thunder past Golden State 110-87.
Harden was on the court for 30 minutes, much of it while Oklahoma City was outscoring the Warriors 52-38 over the final two quarters. He made 8-of-15 shots from the field as part of the Thunder's 52 percent shooting performance.
Oklahoma City ran its home record to 11-1, with Kevin Durant scoring 23 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Russell Westbrook had 18 points for the Thunder, who played the first of five straight home games.
Golden State suffered its second straight loss after winning three in a row.
David Lee had 23 points for the Warriors, who saw Monta Ellis leave the game in the third quarter with a hyperextended right knee. Ellis leads Golden State in scoring this season with a 21-point average.
