The Bulls are 24-7 this season, just ahead of Miami's 23-7.

Thibodeau was voted the NBA coach of the year last season after helping Chicago to an NBA-best 62-20 record. The Bulls advanced to the Eastern Conference finals, where they lost to Miami in five games.

Oklahoma City Coach Scott Brooks was announced as the Western Conference All-Star coach last week. The Thunder have the best record in the Western Conference at 22-6.

The 2012 NBA All-Star Game is scheduled for Feb. 26 in Orlando.
