NBA: New Orleans 92, Milwaukee 89

MILWAUKEE, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Marco Belinelli and Al-Farouq Aminu clinched the game with three free throws in the final 15 seconds Wednesday, boosting New Orleans over Milwaukee 92-89.

The Hornets have won back-to-back games after losing eight in a row. It is the first time New Orleans has captured consecutive games since its opening two contests of the season.

It was only the sixth victory this season overall for New Orleans and the Hornets ended a six-game road losing streak.

New Orleans had a one-point lead with 15 seconds left when Belinelli hit two free throws. After Milwaukee's Mike Dunleavy turned the ball over, Aminu made 1-of-2 from the line for a four-point cushion.

Belinelli made six 3-pointers, a career high, among his 22 points. Chris Kaman added 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Hornets and Trevor Ariza had 14. New Orleans has downed Milwaukee in 11 of their last 12 meetings.

Ersan Ilyasova paced the Bucks with 23 points. Milwaukee has lost three in a row.
