JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Mark Lamping has been hired as president of the Jacksonville Jaguars, new team owner Shahid Khan said Monday.

Lamping will oversee all non-football operations for the Jaguars, who have not had a president for about a decade. General Manager Gene Smith handles the team's football operations.
