NBA: Golden State 109, Denver 101

DENVER, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry led Golden State's 3-point barrage Thursday and carried the Warriors to a 109-101 victory over Denver.

Golden State made 13-of-25 shots from beyond the arc with Curry hitting six of them while scoring 36 points. The Warriors came back from a four-point halftime deficit to lead by as many as 20 in the fourth quarter.

Klay Thompson added 19 points off the bench for Golden State. Dorell Wright had 15 and Monta Ellis scored 14 after producing a career-best 48 in his previous outing.

Denver got 26 points from Aaron Afflalo and 15 from Nene.

Golden State snapped a two-game skid and won for the ninth time this season. The Nuggets have lost five in a row, four of those setbacks coming on their home floor.
