NBA: San Antonio 100, Philadelphia 90

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- A 37-point effort from Tony Parker Wednesday allowed San Antonio to hold on for a 100-90 victory over Philadelphia.

Parker made half his 24 attempts from the field and all 13 of his shots from the foul line, sending the Spurs to their sixth straight win.

Gary Neal contributed 18 points, while Tim Duncan had 16 points and 11 rebounds for San Antonio. The Spurs, who are 13-1 at home this season, improved to 5-8 on the road.

San Antonio improved to 2-0 on a nine-game road trip.

Philadelphia got 22 points off the bench from Lou Williams. Andre Iguodala had 17 points and seven rebounds.

San Antonio outscored the 76ers in every quarter, but by no more than five in any of them.
