Common Pleas Court Judge Jerome Metz, Jr. handed the sentence to Davis, 29, after prosecutors portrayed him as a narcissistic sex addict who cared only about himself, Cincinnati.com reported.
"He's a manipulative man and a liar," said Amy Tranter, assistant Hamilton County prosecutor. "All we heard today is 'poor me.' What about the poor 11 victims."
Ohio law requires those who test positive for the virus that can cause AIDS to inform sex partners of their status.
In November a jury convicted Davis on 14 counts of felonious assault.
He faces similar assault charges in two other Ohio counties, The Oxford Press reported.
Davis wrestled under the stage names of Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation.
