NHL: Chicago 5, Minnesota 2

CHICAGO, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Dave Bolland finished off a streak of four unanswered goals with his first of the game Thursday, igniting Chicago to a 5-2 decision over Minnesota.

The Wild, trying to win back-to-back games for the first time in more than a month, took the lead on a first-period goal by Devin Setoguchi. Minnesota, however, could not score again until midway through the third period.

Between those two goals the Blackhawks came up with scores from Andrew Shaw, Jimmy Hayes, Viktor Stalberg and Bolland.

Chicago took a 4-1 lead into the third period on its way to a second straight win. Bolland added an empty-net goal with 1:26 to play, giving him a dozen for the season.

Ray Emery made 21 saves in the victory. The loss went to Josh Harding, who was lifted after giving up four goals on 21 shots.
