NHL: Buffalo 3, Toronto 2

BUFFALO, N.Y., Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Jason Pominville scored the game's final goal with 5:47 left in the second period Friday and the Buffalo Sabres held on from there to defeat Toronto 3-2.

The Sabres ended a three-game skid after letting an early two-goal lead slip away. Toronto had won four in a row.
