NBA: Phoenix 109, Milwaukee 93

PHOENIX, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- Phoenix's Marcin Gortat popped in 18 points Sunday and the Suns used a big third period to pull away for a 109-93 victory over Milwaukee.

Six other Suns reached double figures in scoring, including Steve Nash (17 assists and 10 points), Channing Frye (16), Shannon Brown and Grant Hill (14 apiece), Markief Morris (13) and Jared Dudley (11).

The Suns broke the game open in the third quarter, outscoring the Bucks 34-19 and going on to down Milwaukee for the 24th straight time in Phoenix.

Tobias Harris netted 15 points for Milwaukee, which went winless on a five-game road trip.
